Cookies

Privacy Policy

We built this app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by us at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if you decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use this Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

When you use this service, some informations such as App related configurations, bus timetables or real-time bus location are returned from our remote server. During the query, your client site information including your device’s IP address, time of use, App version and App name are sent to our server. However we only store the query time, App version, and App name for internal usage analysis and to improve service quality. We will not provide the collected data to other groups, individuals or enterprise. These data will also be automatically deleted two weeks later. At the same time, we will not ask users to log in or register an account in the application, nor will we ask users to enter any personal identification information at any time.

In addition, this service (not including third-party services) may require some permission types on your device, including:

• to get nearby bus stops, App may require permission to access your device GPS location.
• to change bus arrival notification alarm types, App may require permission to access files, storage or multimedia.　(This feature has been removed in the new version of the app, so this permission will not be requested.)

If you do not want to use these functions, you can choose not to agree to use these permission on the App requesting the permission. The information obtained by these permissions will only be used on your local device. We will not collect or save such data from you.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

This Service do use third-party services due to the following reasons:

• To facilitate our Service;
• To provide the Service on our behalf;
• To perform Service-related services;

We want to inform users of this Service that these third parties may have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf.

Link to privacy policy of third party service providers used by the app

• Google Map APP: Used for showing Maps/Directioin Planning/Street View/Nearby Things. When you are using Google Map App, it may collect your current GPS location, IP Address and other relevant information while browsing the map.
• Google AdMob: When you use this App, if advertising(ads) are displayed in your App, we use this third-party service to achieve this functionality. Google AdMob may use cookies, web information, and other related technologies to obtain information about you or your device in accordance with its advertising privacy policy. This information may include your Android AD ID and AD Unit ID, which advertisers can use to deliver personalized ads. When you use this App, if no ads are displayed in the App, then no ID information related to you or your device will be collected or used.

This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by me. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Privacy Setting

In certain areas, if we show Ads in the App, we may show a privacy consent form about showing ads.(Ex: showing personalized/non-personalized Ads) You can select to accept or reject the consent form. We also provide a privacy setting function allowing you to change your selection at any time. You can find the Privacy Setting option in the main menu to set it.

For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland

The App has been set to not be published or installed on the Google Play Store for countries in the European Economic Area (EE), the United Kingdom (UK), and Switzerland. (In fact, we have unpublished(removed) some of our Apps from the Google Play Store and those Apps are not available in any country.) Basically, this App is not available for new users in these countries. However, if you have installed and used this App before the App is unpublished, you may still be able to use, find and install the App on Google Play Store via App link(URL) through other channels (e.g., Google Chrome browser). In any case, if you use this App in these countries, we will delete the usage records of users in these countries and will not show Ads in the App. Therefore, your Android AD ID and AD unit ID information will not be processed or collected.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
