如果應用程式商店提供了這些資訊,我們將使用這些資訊於使用本應用程式時的功能分級,我們不會儲存這些資料也不會分享給其它人,
另一方面,如果應用程式商店未提供年齡相關資訊,表示在您使用的國家/地區並沒有使用年齡限制,本應用程式的所有功能都可正常使用,
本應用程式的年齡限制功能分級詳述如下:
1. 對於已成年(年齡大於或等於18歲)的使用者,本應用程式將不設任何限制,所有功能都可正常使用
2.對於受監護的使用者,且已獲得監護人的同意使用本應用程式,且其年齡範圍最低值大於或等於本應用程式允許的最低使用年齡(13歲)
-我們將不要求讀取使用者目前裝置所在位置的權限,所以部份功能,例如:目前位置附近站牌功能,將無法提供其實際功能,所以APP將僅提供公車路線到站時間查詢功能.
3.對於受監護的使用者,且已獲得監護人的同意使用本應用程式,但其年齡範圍最低值小於本應用程式允許使用的最低年齡(預設:13歲,可能會修改),我們將在App首頁顯示相關訊息告知使用者,同時使用者將無法使用本應用程式的所有功能.
4.對於受監護的使用者,尚未獲得監護人的同意或是監護人拒絕受監護者使用本應用程式,我們將在App首頁顯示相關訊息告知使用者,同時使用者將無法使用本應用程式的所有功能.

When you use this service, some informations such as App related configurations, bus timetables or real-time bus location are returned from our remote server. During the query, your client site information including your device’s IP address, time of use, App version and App name are sent to our server. However we only store the query time, App version, and App name for internal usage analysis and to improve service quality. We will not provide the collected data to other groups, individuals or enterprise. These data will also be automatically deleted two weeks later. At the same time, we will not ask users to log in or register an account in the application, nor will we ask users to enter any personal identification information at any time.

Privacy Setting
In certain areas, if we show Ads in the App, we may show a privacy consent form about showing ads.(Ex: showing personalized/non-personalized Ads) You can select to accept or reject the consent form. We also provide a privacy setting function allowing you to change your selection at any time. You can find the Privacy Setting option in the main menu to set it.
For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland
The App has been set to not be published or installed on the Google Play Store for countries in the European Economic Area (EE), the United Kingdom (UK), and Switzerland. (In fact, we have unpublished(removed) some of our Apps from the Google Play Store and those Apps are not available in any country.) Basically, this App is not available for new users in these countries. However, if you have installed and used this App before the App is unpublished, you may still be able to use, find and install the App on Google Play Store via App link(URL) through other channels (e.g., Google Chrome browser). In any case, if you use this App in these countries, we will delete the usage records of users in these countries and will not show Ads in the App. Therefore, your Android AD ID and AD unit ID information will not be processed or collected.
Age Restrictions and Ratings for This Application
In some specific countries/regions, applications are required to be age-ratingd. This application's age restriction/rating policy is as follows:
If this application is published in the age restriction countries/regions, the application will read the user's age information from the Play Store, including age status (Verified, Supervised, Pending, Denied, Unknown) and age range. If the Play Store provides this information, we will use it for feature rating when using this application. We will not store this data or share it with others.
On the other hand, if the App store does not provide age-related information, it means that there are no age restrictions in your country/region, and all functions of this app will work normally.
The age restriction/rating function of this application is described as follows.
1. For adult users (greater than or equal 18 years old ), this application will have no restrictions, and all functions will work normally.
2. For supervised users who have obtained their guardian's consent to use this application, and whose minimum age is greater than or equal to the minimum age (13 years old) allowed for use by this application,
we will not request permission to access the user's current device location. Therefore, some functions, such as the "nearby bus stop" function, will not be available. The app will only provide bus route arrival time querying function.
3. For supervised users who have obtained their guardian's consent to use this application, but whose minimum age is less than the minimum age (Default:13 years old. It may be changed.) allowed for use by this application, we will display a relevant message on the App to inform the user, and the user will be unable to use any functions of this application.
4. For supervised users who have not obtained their guardian's consent or whose guardian refuses their use of this application, we will display a relevant message on the App to inform the user, and the user will be unable to use any functions of this application.
